Hello everyone! I am brand new to this site. I just started knitting my Icarus this week, this is my first lace project and my first shawl that I have done. This is also the first KAL I have ever done. Here's some pictures of my progress so far, I am in the middle of the second repeat of the rows 19-42 repeats of chart 1. I am using Knit Picks Alpaca Cloud in Iris.

It's going to be lovely! What a pretty color! It looks like we've got two people using the same yarn -- must be great yarn.
I just joined this KAL also. I'm in the middle of the Hidcote Garden shawl, & will do either the Mountain Peaks or the Icarus afterwards.
